What is the minimum order?
You can start from 100 pcs per design, which suits trial runs and first orders. Unit price drops significantly at 500 pcs and again at 1,000+ pcs, so tell us your quantity range and we will quote the options side by side.
How long does it take?
A sample takes 7-10 days. Production takes 15-20 days after you approve the sample. Shipping is quoted for your destination.
Which materials can you use?
Aluminum, anodized aluminum, stainless steel and brass. Tell us where the plate will be mounted and the conditions it will face, and we will recommend the material and finish.
Can you add serial numbers, barcodes or QR codes?
Yes. Send the data format and a sample list with your enquiry; each plate can carry its own number or code.
How are the plates attached?
With adhesive backing, holes for screws or rivets, or both - chosen for your mounting surface.
Can I mix colours in one order?
Yes. Colours can be mixed within one design, as long as the total quantity meets the minimum.
Is there a tooling fee?
Etching plates or embossing dies are a one-time cost for a new design, listed clearly in your quote. Reorders of the same design reuse them at no extra charge.
