Refund & Return Policy

Custom Made-to-Order Products

Our aluminum and stainless steel nameplates, labels, and metal products are manufactured to your unique specifications and approved design. Because each item is custom-made to your exact requirements, they cannot be returned or refunded once production has begun.

Before production starts, we provide a free digital proof for your approval. This proof allows you to verify all details—including artwork, text, serial numbers, dimensions, and finish—before we begin manufacturing. Once you approve the proof and production commences, the order is final and non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund or Remake

We will remake or refund your order if any of the following apply:

• The goods materially differ from your approved proof
• Items arrive damaged or defective
• Items were not delivered due to our error

To request a refund or remake, contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the issue
• A brief description of the problem

What We Cannot Refund

The following are not eligible for refund or remake:

• Customer-approved artwork errors

  — including incorrect serial numbers, data, text, or design elements that were present in your approved proof

• Change of mind

  — after production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change in preference

• Carrier or customs delays

  — delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other third-party logistics issues

• Minor variations

  — within normal manufacturing tolerance in color, finish, size, or embossing depth are not grounds for refund

In-Stock Products

In-stock items are returnable within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled for a full refund only before your proof has been approved. Once you approve the proof, production begins and the order becomes final and non-cancellable.

How Refunds Are Issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Refunds typically appear within 7 to 20 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. In all cases, refunds will be issued no later than 30 business days from the date your claim is approved.
