1. Production Time

Custom made-to-order products typically require 10 to 30 business days for production after written proof approval. In-stock items usually ship within 1 to 3 business days.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, and UPS express, and by air or sea freight for bulk orders. The most suitable shipping method is selected based on your order size, destination, and requested delivery speed.

3. Estimated Transit Times

Express shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days. Air freight takes 7 to 15 business days. Sea freight takes 25 to 40 business days. These are estimates and may vary depending on customs processing and other factors beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or quoted based on weight, volume, and destination. Costs are confirmed before your order is finalized.

5. Customs, Duties and Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and any other applicable fees are the buyer's responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing. We recommend checking with your local customs authority for any applicable charges before placing your order.

6. Tracking

A tracking number is emailed once your order ships so you can monitor its progress. If you have not received tracking details within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

7. Delays

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed of any significant delays.
