1. About Us

CS-Nameplate is a brand of CHANGSHENG HARDWARE SIGNS MING-EDITION (HK) LIMITED, which handles international contracting and billing; products are made in our own factory in Shenzhen, China. We specialize in factory-direct production of aluminum and stainless steel nameplates, ID plates, and metal cards for industrial, commercial, and consumer applications. By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Custom Manufacturing and Tolerances

All products are custom-manufactured to your specifications. Minor variations in color, finish, and dimensions within normal manufacturing tolerance are not considered defects and do not qualify for return or refund. Acceptable tolerances will be specified in your quote or order confirmation. We recommend reviewing samples before full production runs.

3. Quotes and Validity

All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in writing. Quotes are based on the specifications, quantities, artwork, and materials you provide. After 30 days, pricing and availability may change, and a new quote may be required.

4. Artwork Approval and Production

Production begins only after you have submitted written proof of artwork approval. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all approved artwork, including but not limited to text, serial numbers, barcodes, logos, colors, dimensions, and compliance data. We will produce your order exactly as approved. Any errors in approved artwork are your responsibility, and corrections may incur additional charges.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in USD and exclude shipping, import duties, taxes, and any other applicable fees. Prices are valid only for the quote period specified. Orders are confirmed once payment or an agreed deposit is received. We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout. Full payment or deposit terms will be specified in your order confirmation.

6. Intellectual Property — Your Artwork

You confirm that you own or have the legal right to use any logo, artwork, text, design, or other content you submit for production. You are responsible for obtaining all necessary permissions and licenses from third parties. You agree to indemnify and hold CS-Nameplate harmless from any claims, damages, or costs arising from third-party intellectual property infringement related to your submitted artwork. We reserve the right to decline any order if we reasonably believe it infringes third-party trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

7. Our Intellectual Property

All website content, including designs, photographs, graphics, text, and images owned or created by CS-Nameplate, are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content without our prior written permission.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Our total liability for any order or claim is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.
