| Data | Serial numbers, barcodes or QR codes, as an Excel or CSV list |
| Mounting | Adhesive backing, holes or both; hole size and position |
| Environment | Indoor or outdoor; any chemicals, heat or cleaning it will face |
| Quantity | Quantity per design |
| Date and destination | When and where you need the plates |
